Chapter 102: The Anomaly

After reviewing the information on the PDA module, Qin Fei took a scanner from his backpack and began scanning the entire room he was in.

This underwater chamber, constructed from titanium metal and quartz glass, could automatically drain water and provide illumination once powered.

Then he fully pried open the hatch and activated the Tech armor at full power, instantly propelling himself out of the room.

Outside the room stood a man covered in yellow-green spots. Among these spots, synapse-like growths occasionally protruded.

Not only that, the exposed skin of this man had a strange dark purple hue.

A thick beard grew on his face.

Qin Fei was utterly stunned when he saw him.

Because this mutated human was none other than the captain of the Healer, the very same one from the video on the PDA’s record module.

As Qin Fei looked at him, the man turned his head toward Qin Fei as well.

His expression was horrifyingly fierce.

Staring into his blood-red eyes, Qin Fei recalled the night he first arrived on this planet, when he was ambushed by a great white shark.

The hateful crimson glare was identical to the eyes of that mutated white shark.
